Your financial plan is built for your needs and typically contains several of the elements below, as appropriate for your circumstances:

  • Determination of when you can retire and at what spending level.
  • Tax-savvy withdrawal strategies.
  • Social Security analysis.
  • Pension analysis.
  • Asset allocation recommendation.
  • Analysis of each investment you own, or are thinking of owning.
  • Specific recommendations for each of your investment accounts, including 401(k)s, 403(b)s, 457 plans, Traditional IRAs, Roth IRAs, annuities, and brokerage funds.
  • How to address stock overconcentration.
  • College projections.
  • Assessment of insurance needs.
  • Review of employer benefits package.
  • Implementation to-do list.
  • Estate planning checklist (account ownership, beneficiaries, and needed documents).

What is Not in a Financial Plan

We do not manage or “take over” your assets. If you want fiduciary help and objective advice while maintaining control of your assets and avoiding % fees, we are a great choice. We do not actively monitor your portfolio. Clients are welcome to contact us for annual checkups, updates if they have a life change, or for any financial questions that come up. Future work is billed at our current rate.
